• We collect usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the service
• We do not access your screen, camera, or microphone data without your explicit permission
• No recording content is transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save recordings to cloud storage (Pro plan feature)

2. Browser Permissions

To function, Screen Recorder Pro requires the following browser permissions:

• Screen Sharing: To record your screen content
• Camera: To add camera overlay (optional)
• Microphone: To record audio (optional)

All permissions are handled directly by your browser. We never access these permissions without your explicit action.

3. Data Storage

All recordings are stored locally in your browser's storage. We use localStorage to save recording metadata (not the actual video files). Video files remain in your browser's memory until you download or delete them.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• FFmpeg.wasm: For video processing (runs entirely in your browser)
• CDN Services: To load necessary libraries

No data is sent to these services - they operate client-side only.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking. We may use localStorage to remember your plan preference and recording metadata, but this data never leaves your device.

6. Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete recordings at any time
• Clear browser storage to remove all data
• Revoke permissions through your browser settings
